Organization Structure
The FRAPA executive consists of a management board and a steering committee. The management board conducts FRAPA’s day-to-day business, sets and controls its budget, and manages its assets. The management board also reports to the steering committee on FRAPA’s financial performance. The steering committee, creates policy, while supervising, advising and supporting the activities of the management board. Patty Geneste, CEO & President of Absolutely Independent is the new Chairman of FRAPA.
