The risks of TV format disputes: The time frame and costs involved in TV format productions mean that disputes with production partners, participants and right holders can have highly disruptive effects on schedules, budgets and business relationships. To avoid expensive court litigation FRAPA and WIPO offer since April 2010 a cooperation on television format related dispute resolution. But how does such a mediation look like? Based on a real case, FRAPA and the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center present an interactive workshop to demonstrate the process of mediation in a lively and entertaining way.
